He graduated from the University of Palermo with a degree in Law in 1996; in 1999 he qualified for the professional practice and since 2012 has specialised in procedures concerning the Supreme Court of Cassation.
In 2013 is one of the founders of the Sicilian Administrative Law Specialists Association.
Professionally, he keeps on searching excellence and plans to create a new way among the Italian law firms.
From the very start his core philosophy has aimed to create a firm specialised in the vast branch of Administrative Law, characterized by deep knowledge, attention to details, human resources enhancement and, above all, focused on clients, on rendering them a regular personal legal service, a real juridical reception capable of convey the feeling of sharing with the companies or administrations we assist the concern about their difficulties.
On this idea Carlo Comandè has developed his work and through the years achieved the goal of creating a group of excellent young lawyers who assured the constant growth of the firm, gaining a prestigious, specific and wide experience in the field of Administrative Law.
The result of this work is the foundation of Comandé Avvocati in 2011, the law firm that with Di Nola-Restuccia firm has become CDRA in February 2016.
Carlo Comandè provides the firm with his experience gained assisting the main national Groups and multinationals working in Italy mainly in the branch of energy and contracts. He is competent in project financing and has a wide knowledge of utilities, of integrated waste and water resources management as well as of town planning and of public maritime domain concession and management.
Throughout his career he has been legal adviser to several regional councillors managing environmental issues, infrastructure development and public services contracts. He has been legal adviser to several municipalities and has worked on behalf of public companies gaining a wide experience of the Italian bureaucracy.
Moreover, Carlo Comandè is author of some books such as ‘La formazione professionale in Sicilia: profili giuridico-istituzionali’ (The vocational training in Sicily: institutional and juridical features) a part of the ISAS series for the project Training trainers 2000-2001 published by Franco Angeli in Milan in 2000; he is also editor of the chapter about the Local Public Services of the book ‘ Le Istituzioni locali in Sicilia’ (Local Institutions in Sicily) (editor Andrea Piraino) published by CEL in Catania in 2006.
He was a member of the Sicilian editorial office of ‘Federalismi.it Rivista di diritto pubblico italiano e comunitario e comparato’ (‘Federalismi.it Italian and EU and Comparative Public Law Magazine) and Project Manager for the online magazine ‘Dbinforma.it’ law section concerning Council of State, Administrative Regional Court and Court of Accounts. He was also editor for the magazine ‘Rassegna Amministrativa Siciliana’ (Sicilian Administrative Rewiew) and of the data base ‘Legislazione regionale siciliana’ (Sicilian Legislation).
Furthermore, Carlo Comandè is engaged in the congress activity concerning contracts law and administrative law on the whole.
