Barbara Compagnoni

Barbara Compagnoni collaborates with Comandè Di Nola Restuccia Avvocati since its foundation in February 2016 and before that, since 2013, has worked with lawyers Di Nola and Restuccia.

She coordinates the department of Corporate – M&A.

Mainly she handles commercial contract management, intellectual property, company law e antitrust law.

She graduated from the University Carlo Cattaneo LIUC in Castellanza with a degree in Law in 2013 her dissertation was on banking and financial regulation law (‘La disciplina degli assetti proprietari delle banche’). Then in 2013 she attended at the University of Milan an improvement course in Fashion Law – The law matters in fashion chain of production; at the University of Florence, an improvement course concerning the Responsibility of administrators, internal auditors and auditor of court in pre-crisis and crisis management; she also attended Trento Summer School on Advanced EU Competition Law and Economics organised by the Permanent Observatory on the Enforcement of Competition Law at the University of Trento.

During her university studies she worked in a curricular internship at the Court of Varese, in the civil-bankruptcy division and in 2014 collaborated with the Research Centre LIUC Innovation and Patents. Lastly, from April 2016 to March 2017 she was intern at Italian Competition Authority at Legal Affairs Directorate.

In 2017 she’s completed her doctorate on Managerial, Financial and Legal Disciplines for Integrated Corporate Management with a dissertation on antitrust law (‘Il ruolo dei programmi di antitrust compliance nel meccanismo di imputazione della sanzione ai gruppi di imprese’). She collaborates permanently with the University Carlo Cattaneo LIUC in Castellanza for the Chairs of Commercial Law, Economic Analysis of Law and Industrial and Competition Law.

She obtained the license to practice law in 2016.
