Francesco Pignatone graduated from the University of Palermo with a degree in Law in 2013 cum laude and with special double mention for his university career and for his dissertation on labour law (‘Il licenziamento per giustificato motivo oggettivo’), supervisor Professor Massimiliano Marinelli.
He took part in the university education and training Erasmus Programme, attending for nine months the Universidad de Sevilla (Spain) on a scholarship.
After his degree he completed his legal traineeship at the Government Legal Service of Palermo, facing various matters of administrative, labour and civil law. Moreover, he attended the improvement law school ‘Parlavecchio’ in Palermo.
He gained the legal professional qualification in December 2015. He collaborates with Comandè Di Nola Restuccia Avvocati since its foundation in February 2016, working with Carlo Comandè and the other practitioners of the firm in the field of renewable energy sources, public procedures, construction and town planning and public sector employment.
He speaks Italian, English and Spanish.
