Filippo Agosti collaborates with CDRA since 2026. Before he has worked for top-tier national law firms.
He is specialised in m&a and corporate law.
Filippo advises on national and international m&a transactions in energy, ICT, real estate, industrial and other sectors, and provides legal assistance to companies in their day-by-day management, including corporate governance, commercial contracts, and other corporate and civil matters.
He graduated in Law as second degree at the University of Bologna, with dissertation on the “Cancellation of companies from the register of undertakings”. Before that, Filippo got a first degree in Business Administration with major in Marketing Management at Bocconi University.
During his studies, Filippo had several experiences abroad, among which a six months course of Chinese language at the Beijing Language and Culture University, Beijing (China), and an internship at HSBC, Sidney (Australia).
After the second degree in Law, Filippo attended the Scuola di Notariato della Lombardia and deepened for several years the studies of civil and commercial law.
He is a member of the Bar Association of Milan since 2019.
