Tiziana Pellegrino

Tiziana Pellegrino collaborates with Comandè Di Nola Restuccia Avvocati since its foundation in February 2016.
In particular, she provides legal assistance concerning energy, environmental law, public contracts, construction, town planning, local corporation law, labour law in the branch of civil service at local corporations and at Regione Siciliana, State liability for compensation in case of excessive trial duration.

From 2010 to 2014 she has been member of the Supervisory Committee of the regional shareholding company ‘Servizi Ausiliari Sicilia s.c.p.a.’, so she has gained experience in the field of corporation administrative liability in case of administrative offence resulting from a crime according to D.l.gs. n. 231/2001.

In the foregoing field she has gained a specific competence of legal advice and assistance to Companies in fulfilment of the Corporations Liability Law.

Between 2006 and 2009 she has collaborated with the technical secretariat of the Bureau working with the Assessorato Beni Culturali, Ambientali e Pubblica istruzione della Regione Siciliana (Arts Environment and Education Department for Sicily), she managed the legal and administrative matters concerning the Regional Arts and Environment Department, in particular rendering land protection, support and enhancement services according to the law. Moreover, she took part in the assessment and implementation of POR funds.

She has also gained experience in civil law concerning contractual and extracontractual liability.

She graduated from the University of Palermo with a degree in Law in 2006 with a final mark 110/110 cum laude.

After her degree she attended from 2006 to 2008 and completed the Post-Graduate Practical Law School ‘Ferdinando Parlavecchio’ of the Palermo Law Society.

Tiziana Pellegrino is in the Palermo Law Society Roll since 2010.

She speaks Italian and English.
