Carlo Vitagliano has been working with Attorneys Di Nola and Restuccia since 2013 and has been part of the CDRA team since its founding in February 2016.
He specializes in banking and civil litigation, regulation of banking and financial intermediaries and insolvency procedures.
He is the head of the Department of Banking Law, Insurance and Financial Intermediaries.
He graduated in 2010 from the University Cattolica del Sacro Cuore of Milan and in 2012 he received a Master’s Degree in European Private Law at the University La Sapienza of Rome.
He is a member of the Bar Association of Milan since 2015.
He mainly assists credit institutions and corporate representatives in civil and banking litigation and in regulatory fines procedures before the competent supervisory and regulatory authorities. He also operates in the regulatory field, providing day-by-day assistance to banks, financial intermediaries, SIM, SGR and insurance companies both in the establishment phase and in the adjustment to the changing regulatory framework and in the on-going management of specific issues.
He is also specialized in enforcement and insolvency proceedings, providing assistance both to creditors and to the bodies of the procedure, as assistant to the insolvency administrator or as appointed lawyer.
