Francesco Amoroso d’Aragona graduated cum laudein law at the University of Pavia in 2024, with a thesis in civil law entitled “Negotiation tools for planning the intergenerational transfer of businesses”, supervised by Prof. Umberto Stefini.
During his university studies, he paid particular attention to the study of civil and commercial law, integrating personal study with professional practice.
Previously, he collaborated with a law firm in Pavia, where he worked as an associate, gaining experience in litigation and research activities in civil and commercial law.
Since December 2024 he has been working at CDRA – Comandè Di Nola Restuccia Avvocati, where he mainly deals with civil and commercial litigation and M&A operations.
He speaks Italian and English.
