Giorgia Lazzari graduated in Law with honours in 2023, at the University of Pavia, with a thesis in Commercial Law entitled “Conflicts of interest in investment services: the protection of investors, between legal systems and markets” under the supervision of Prof. Mario Cera.
During her university years, she carried out a curricular internship at the Tutelary Section of the Court of Pavia, devoting herself to an in-depth study of tutelary matters and support administrations.
In 2021, she took part in the SEMP international mobility programme, spending a semester at the Law Faculty of the University of Lucerne (Switzerland), taking exams in Introduction to Swiss Law, Internet Law and International Investment Protection Law.
She has been working with CDRA – Comandè Di Nola Restuccia Avvocati since October 2023, dealing mainly with civil and commercial litigation and corporate crisis and insolvency.
She speaks Italian and English.
