He is lawyer since 2008, graduated from the University of Pavia with a degree in Law in December 2004 with a dissertation on Banking law (‘Il Collegio Sindacale nelle Banche’), supervisor Professor Mario Cera.
During his training period he collaborated with various and outstanding Notary Offices, Law Firms and consulting companies concerning banking and finance.
He collaborates with Comandè Di Nola Restuccia Avvocati since its foundation in February 2016. He gives advice and assistance during court proceedings to banks, market-facing and insurance firms and asset management companies and financial intermediaries. He has also worked in the field of corporate governance, internal audit, compliance regulatory, corporate social responsibility.
Conference speaker in the branches of banking and financial regulation law. He usually runs training courses for practitioners and company representatives in the field of anti-money laundering legislation, compliance and legislative decree 231/2001.
Mediator included in a specific mediation body pursuant to legislative decree 28/2010 and amendments. He is in the legal aid list.
He is fluent in English, Spanish and Italian.
