Patrizia Saiya collaborates with Comandè Di Nola Restuccia Avvocati since its foundation in February 2016.
She is specialised in administrative law, in particular, she is competent in the branches of contracts, assistance to society working in the field of renewable energy sources, environmental law and health.
She graduated from the University of Palermo with a degree in Law in 2003 her dissertation was on constitutional law.
In order to broaden her theoretical knowledge she has attended a one-year course on civil, criminal and administrative law at the ‘Sant’Alfonso de’ Liguori’ institute in Palermo.
Moreover, she has attended the ‘Course about the Italian environment law’ sponsored by the Ferdinando Parlavecchio Association, Law Society Council of Palermo, Assessorato Regionale Siciliano Territorio e Ambiente (Regional Environment Department for Sicily), Provincia Regionale di Palermo (Regional Province of Palermo) and Osservatorio Regionale Siciliano per l’Ambiente (Regional Monitoring Centre on Environment for Sicily).
Patrizia Saiya is in the Palermo Law Society Roll since 2007.
