Valentina Boz joined the CDRA team in 2019.
Her field of expertise is in commercial law and contracts, M&A and corporate governance.
She graduated with full marks in 2019 from the University Carlo Cattaneo LIUC in Castellanza, defending a Civil Law thesis titled “Il terzo contratto”.
During the academic year 2015-2016 she participated to the International Exchange program at the law faculty of the Chinese University of Hong Kong, successfully taking, among other, the courses of Private International Law, Equity and Trusts, Competition Law and Energy Law.
Valentina is mostly involved in assisting corporations both in M&A transactions and their corporate governance and daily activities, handling the drafting and negotiation of contracts and legal documents in civil and commercial matters, with particular regard to corporations operating in the renewable energy sector.
