CDRA communication – COVID-19 emergency

our Firm is constantly monitoring the evolution of the ongoing health emergency and the various measures adopted, both at central and local level, to contain the spread of COVID-19.
In this challenging context, we have adopted all the organizational measures necessary to ensure – while fully respecting the health regulations issued by the public authorities – the full continuity of the legal and assistance activities provided by our Firm, with the promptness and efficiency that this temporary emergency situation requires.
The problems that Companies are facing in this delicate situation are different and complex: from the interpretation and application of the measures already issued – and which are likely to be issued in the days to come – to the management of contracts and commercial relationships with counterparties, up to the adoption of extraordinary measures for the management of the business crisis.
Our Firm therefore remains at your disposal for any needs and ready to support you in these exceptional circumstances, also through all the digital tools we have put in place to guarantee the necessary contacts with our customers.
We have also taken every measure to ensure, as far as possible, the health of the professionals and staff of the Firm and, as mentioned, we have taken all the most appropriate and adequate precautions to avoid any risk with respect to the current health emergency, which allows us to be operational every day and available directly via e-mail to our email addresses (and more generally to the addresses of our offices: segreteria.milano@cdra.it / segreteria.palermo@cdra.it), as well as by telephone in the usual office hours.
