Andrea Augugliaro collaborates with Comandè Di Nola Restuccia Avvocati since its foundation in February 2016. He is specialised in administrative law.
Throughout his career he has gained a wide experience in the branches of contracts, renewable energy sources, local public utilities management, local corporation law, construction and town planning. He graduated from the Trapani Detachment of the University of Palermo with a degree in Law in the academic year 2003/2004; his dissertation on administrative law (‘Il silenzio della Pubblica Amministrazione’) was supervised by Professor Giovanni Virga.
In order to broaden his theoretical knowledge he has attended a one-year course on civil, criminal and administrative law at the ‘Sant’Alfonso de’ Liguori’ institute in Palermo.
He has been editor for the online law magazine ‘NORMA’ in the section concerning Council of State and Court of Accounts for Sicily.
Andrea Augugliaro is in the Palermo Law Society Roll since 2009.
He speaks Italian and English.
