Angelo graduated in 2022 from Bocconi Commercial University, discussing a dissertation in Commercial Law entitled “The earn out clause in price adjustments mechanisms: an economic and legal profiles”.
Mainly dealing with civil litigation and extraordinary operations, he provides out-of- court advice as well as ongoing assistance to companies in their ordinary and extraordinary management, dealing with the drafting and review of civil and commercial contracts and corporate secretary services.
