He graduated from the University of Pisa with a degree in Law in 1999 and has gained the professional qualification as Lawyer in 2002. He has always mixed legal practice and continuous studying and training activity led by Vincenzo De Paola.
The interest in civil law was combined with that in corporate and company law, then he obtained a Phd in Law of Economics at the University of Molise. He has been visiting scholar at the Fordham University di New York and he still has contacts with them.
Besides the research activity he works in the field of crisis management, company law and asset and succession management, both during court proceedings and out-of-court, assisting regularly industrial and financial groups, company representatives and individuals.
He has written various essays and appeal notes in his area of competence, that have been published in the main scientific specialised magazines; he teaches civil law at the specialisation school for legal professions at the Università Cattolica in Milan and law and economics of special operations at the LIUC in Castellanza.
He works and writes in Italian and English.
