Barbara Compagnoni has always worked with Attorneys Di Nola and Restuccia and has been part of the CDRA team since its founding in February 2016.
She specializes in corporate law and contracts, extraordinary transactions and intellectual property.
She is the head of the Department of Corporate – M&A.
She graduated with honors in 2013 from the University Carlo Cattaneo LIUC of Castellanza (VA) and in 2017 she received her PhD in Managerial, Financial and Legal Disciplines for Integrated Business Management, defending a thesis entitled “The role of antitrust compliance programs in the setting of fines within groups of companies“.
She is a member of the Bar Association of Milan since 2017.
She mainly provides out-of-court advisory services in the assessment, design, structuring and negotiation of M&A and financing transactions. She also provides day-by-day assistance to companies in their ordinary management, taking care of civil and commercial contracts and company secretariat.
During her career she has gained extensive experience in the renewable energy sector, assisting the main players in the Italian energy market in acquisition and co-development transactions.
She is an adjunct professor of IP and Competition Law at the University Carlo Cattaneo LIUC of Castellanza (VA) and she actively assists the Chair in Corporate Law.
