Enzo Puccio has been working at Law Firm Comandè Avvocati since 2011. He is specialised in administrative law.
He coordinates the department of Real Estate Law – Urban Planning and Construction.
Throughout his career he has gained a wide experience in the branches of contracts, maritime domain, construction and town planning, utilities, administrative liability of civil servants, health and pharmaceutical law, integrated waste and water resources management, vocational training, company crisis management (non-admission to the Italian unemployment benefit).
He graduated from the University of Pisa with a degree in Law in 2003; his dissertation was on regional law (‘Il Presidente della Giunta Regionale’), supervisor Professor Rolando Tarchi. In order to broaden his theoretical knowledge he has attended a one-year course on civil, criminal and administrative law at the ‘Sant’Alfonso de’ Liguori’ institute in Palermo. Moreover he has attended the ‘Course about the Italian environment law’ sponsored by the Ferdinando Parlavecchio Association, by the Law Society Council of Palermo, by the Assessorato Regionale Siciliano Territorio e Ambiente (Regional Environment Department for Sicily), by the Provincia Regionale di Palermo (Regional Province of Palermo) and by the Osservatorio Regionale Siciliano per l’Ambiente (Regional Monitoring Centre on Environment for Sicily). Enzo Puccio is in the Palermo Law Society Roll since 2006. He has been legal adviser to the Regional Councillor for Agriculture and Woods and has taught public contracts law and administrative liability of civil servants.
