Serena Caradonna collaborates with Comandè Di Nola Restuccia Avvocati since its foundation in February 2016. She is specialised in administrative law.
She coordinates the department of Environmental Law,Public Services, Network and Infrastructure Services.
Throughout her career he has gained a wide experience in the branches of energy, contracts, maritime domain and law, construction and town planning, utilities, administrative liability of civil servants and health.
She graduated from the University of Bologna with a degree in Law in 2004 with a dissertation on industrial law (‘Le sezioni specializzate in materia di proprietà industriale ed intellettuale’).
After her degree she completed her legal traineeship with Giovanni Tumbiolo.
In order to broaden her theoretical knowledge she has attended a in-depth course on civil, criminal and administrative law held by the Councillors of State Francesco Caringella e Roberto Garofoli in Rome.
Serena Caradonna is in the Palermo Law Society Roll since 2008.
She speaks Italian and English.
